I began learning English at a very early age. When I was 15 years old, I moved to a different city and continued my English studies at a language school called Red Balloon (in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil). 2007 was my last year as a student though, as in 2008 I started working as a Teacher Assistant there.

Isabela created and shared a whole lot of engaging and student-centered projects. What's most impressive about her is that she gives all the projects she takes on her very best, however big or small they may be.

Wrote lesson plans for secondary students (Year 8) for Nova Escola's lesson plan project promoted by Google Education and the Lemann Foundation. The lesson plans are in line to BNCC (Brazil’s Common Core).
Isabela is extremely creative and collaborative. The lesson plans she wrote were among the best ones of the whole project, being used as models for other authors. She is surely aware of the many challenges of ELT and able to provide structured basis and guidance for teachers.
